Dear sir, i am facing some difficulties in tallying balnce sheet upto finalization of the co where i work. and also getting difference in opening balances in balance sheet. and as i already checked each entry has been recorded but still opening bal diff is showing of rs 5.63lakh plz give me ur advice and all usefull tips through which i can able to solve my issue easily.

Your p&l Balance would not be properly adjusted or carried over to that extent ask the hard copy of audited balance sheet and proceed thats it

You check "Profit & Loss" Ledger once again. Bcoz, It have last year profit figure in opening balance...
If any amount in PandL Ledger then you delete that one....
