at present im working in a Private Limited company as a assistant manager but this company has no proffssionalism(Lala Type Company). I got a call from a big group but for a post of Account officer , should i go for that. Im afraid of going for a small post, but the company is a brand real estate company

Since this is lala type company , you are manager. Better to join a big company , desination is no matter. you will learn more and more.
