I am currently doing articleship in CRO region i.e. Deoghar,Jharkhand and I want submit revalidation form for IPCC registration
can I submit form in other regional office or not??

All your records are with Central Regional offices Decentralised office (DO), other DO's will not have information at their end about your status, so you need to submit only at CRO.
