can some one telle me what procedure to be followed for getting refund order from Income Tax departmen and in how many days we get the order?

If their if Refund as per the Return of Income you have filed already, you should take the Acknowledgement copy of the ROI to the IT Dept. and ask them about the status of Refund pending to you.
