Normally for audit you can refer the AAS and Companies Act (with specific reference to Audit, Auditors appointment) and CARO. Further you have to go through the types of audit ie for Banks, co-operative societies etc and also vouching aspects. Further have working knowledge in Accounting standards. Auditing is a scoring paper if you prepare properly.
