Dear All ! Please advice me in ITR-4 form , Investment in PPF A/c where to show in balance sheet part. I am confused regarding this in Balance Sheet part where to show balance of PPF a/c. Please advice me. Thanks in Advance to all of you.

if it is a proprietor entity (which it seems to be the case here), you dont need to show it in the ITR4 balancesheet.

Thanks ! but I want to show my PPF investment amt. in balance sheet part of ITR-4 Form, please advise where it is to be show in ITR 4 form.

well if you want to show, then show it in long term investments. government and other securities - unquoted.
