Whether place of provision of service rules ,2012will replace the 'Export of services ,rules 2005 and taxation of services (provided from outside india and received in india ) Rules,2006.
if yes,
Then please specify its applicability date. tell me about the the resources from where i could get sufficient information regarding it.
Yes the Place of Provision of Service Rules will replace the Export and Import Rules wef. 01-07-2012 vide notification no 28/2012-ST dated 20-06-2012.
Refer some good book on Service tax and also read the guidance note issued by CBEC dated 20-06-2012. If any specific query then you are welcome to ask at this forum.
