Sir,I'm a self employed MBBS doctor.I earn by visiting patient in different chamber run by other persons.Sir what will be the code for myself as a self practising mbbs doctor in 'nature of business/profession' for ay 2018-19 under 44ada?Previously it was as 0604-medical professionals. Will it be '16019-other professional services n.e.c' or '18010-Medical clinic's or '18017-Other healthcare service's? Please help sir.

this is really horrible. It seems that just forgot to mention allopathic practice. you may use 18017 since you are not running your own clinic.

Thanks.Further I want to know what to be filled at financial particular of the business i.e from E11 to E25 as a professional.As I've earnings from professional income,no business;then what to be filled at 'partner/members capital,fixed asset,other assets etc.Can PPF(Public provident fund) to be shown as other assets ?Please enlighten in these regards.Thanks.

Sir,thanks again.But in Itr-4 java/excel utility it has been said that only four items(E15-Sundry creditor,E19-Inventories,E20-Sundry debtors,E22-cash in hand) mandatory.But in online itr-4,there is no such instruction.Assuming that I put figure '0' in those four mandatory filled;but what will be the in case of E21-balance with bank.It is not to be written as '0'.If I put total balance with bank amount in this filled, then what to be written on capital(E11) and total capital/liability side(E17).Further sir,can I show total balance with bank(for example-Rs 100000/-)in E21 and PPF amount(for example-Rs 161000/-as on 31/03/18) in E24 as other assets and these total eg Rs 261000/- can be put as Total assets in E25 and also this amount can be shown as inPartners/Members own capital(E11) and in E17 asTotal capital and liability.Please guide me sir.
