Dear Sirs, I had completed my first group in May 1995 under Para 2 A of Schedule 'B' of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988 and my Marks are Paper - 1 - Advance Accounting - 46 , Paper 2 - Auditing - 45 , Paper - 3 - Corporate & Other Laws 60 Z - Total 151 Pass.And my Pending Papers are in Group 2 are Paper 4 - Cost Accounting, Paper 5- Income Tax & Central Sales Tax, Paper 6- Organization & Management and Fundamentals of Electronic Data Processing . I had completed my Articled Service for 3 years and obtained certificate for the same. Unfortunately i had not able to continue my further studies But now i decide to joint the course again and want to study this course Kindly help me what are the procedure to take further to rejoin the course and whether i am eligible for the exemption for the group already cleared or i want to write both the group again and also explain me again i want to go article and also explain me regarding when i can write my exams.

you can revive your registration but i don't believe your exemption will be valid. you can write to esahaayata for clarification. you can find link in icai.org
