BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) v's KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) :
BPO (def): BPO is commonly defined as the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization's critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. Some of the common tasks in BPO include payroll, call centers and accounting. The main goal of BPO was to let firms concentrate on their "core business" meaning that with these so-called mundane tasks out of their hair, they can focus more on the things that they do best.
KPO(def): KPO involves "high-end" tasks being outsourced. These tasks are defined as high-end ones because it requires in-depth analysis and perspective. Some of these tasks include legal work, research and development, web content, design, and many others.
Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry in India offshore development centers for various IT and non technical sectors. Business Process Outsourcing in India has seen growth at an exponential rate. India has become the biggest hub of offshore call centers and other BPO services. Offshore BPO outsourcing services in India has helped many to get jobs in non technical field though the pay is less compared to employees in KPO. Off shore call centers in most metro cities, even hire students and help them to increase their pocket money by working in call centers. Offshore call centers in India also provide company benefits to its employee as a way to motivate to perform better. BPO outsourcing in India has increased many fold as there are many institutes offering courses in the same and increasing the labor force for these offshore outsourcing companies in India. The major difference is that BPO requires less skilled employees while KPO requires highly knowledgeable experts in the specific domain like lawyers, doctors, business consultants and skilled engineers.

thank you so much But one issue to clarify So finally BPO which is totally different which donot add experience but KPO will adds to our experience for ca career
