Regarding it return for assy year 2008-09

I have filed return of income for the assy year 2008-09 showing income 113410/-wrongly on dt 30.3.10.However i have filed second roi for rs 103410/-on dt 31.3.10.What will be consequence of this return.If any penalty can be imposed on me.

Belated return can not be revised.

Thus, your ITR filed on 31.03.10 is void.

So, dont think any penalty can be imposed.
