you can give up. However, the question is how you should get out this cycle and reach CA finals level. At age of 23, I would not suggest giving up. Talk to your friends in the profession and your teachers. Identify your weaknesses and work hard towards clearing the exams. Don't bother too much about what has happened in the past.
