28 February 2012 I am CA Final Student.I have 2 more years left for my article ship Completion. I Want to persue for LLB. Along With my CA course.....
MY Ques. is weather I can Do it or not??
weather Institute (ICAI) permission is required???
while Registering for article ship I have taken Permission for B.com and This year in (June 2012),my B.Com will be Completed.

Kindly Suggest Weather I have to take permission from institute? and also the procedure......

28 February 2012 You can pursue other course after june 2012. For this PRIOR permission of ICAI is required by submitting form 112.

29 February 2012 sir but i have already filled up form no.112 and in that form i have taken permission for b.com course and now b.com will be completed.
so what to do now??

29 February 2012 Wait till B.com is over. After that submit fresh form 112 & repeat the same procedure again.

08 April 2012 Do you think by taking permission for B. Com you can under go LLB. You want to say that I have taken permission for B. Com so on my passing B. Com I will get the degree of LLB. No for each and every course you have to take permission from ICAI. If you do not take permission than afterwards if ICAI come to know that you have taken up any course during yor articleship without permission you may get a letter why your articleship should not be cancelled even after passing your C.A final. Then what you will do , give the answer to yourself.
