01 April 2012 Dear Sir,

I failed to file return on 31-03-2012 can i file return now. there is no tax liability but refund is there.

01 April 2012 For AY 2012-13, you can file return only after 31st March not before that.

And for AY 2011-12 i.e. FY 2010-11, yes you can file the return.
