26 July 2014 there is possibility to issue form 16 for non taxable employee's ? (their salary in between 8000 to 20000 pm)

please help me with procedure.

26 July 2014 Same as other employees. File TDS return In form 24Q with salary details of all employee. Then download form 16 from TRACES website and submit along with part B.
