Regarding form 112

10 February 2010 Sir please tell me i am ca final student. I have not send form no 112. I have cleared my graduation in 2008 that too correspondence. Will I be required to sent the form 112. If yes with what documents i have to send. Will institute any action against me for not sending the form 112.
