23 February 2013 whether exchange rate ought to be taken on the date on which BOE for home consumption presented to custom officer or on any other date?

23 February 2013 as soon as the BILL OF ENTRY generated the exchange rate admissible which issued by CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS
