IF PAYMENT MADE BY ASSESSEE OF DEMAND UNDER HEAD OF 300 BEFORE PASSING ASSESSMENT ORDER BY AO, THEN SUCH CHALLAN CAN BE SET-OFF AGAINST DEMAND RAISED?
