17 February 2010 Dear Sir,

Whether Indian Company made branch transfer and branch has incurred expenditure for Legal Service received by branch the TDS Deductible while remittance made by the Indian company to its branch, and as payment is made by branch of Indian Company whether liability to deduct TDS by Branch has arise.
