Regarding company law...

08 July 2014 for the nov-2014 ipcc attempt only 53 sections are applicable right...so if a question comes not covering these sections,so
we have to write the answer w.r.t to companies act 1956 or such questions may not be asked??

08 July 2014 Such question will be asked and in that case you need to write answer w.r.t. CA 1956.

09 July 2014 Applicability of 98 notified sections of the Companies Act, 2013 for November 2014 Exam

The Central Government has notified 98 sections of the Companies Act, 2013 on 12th September, 2013.

Accordingly those 98 notified sections are applicable for November 2014 examinations corresponding to their bifurcation into the Intermediate (IPC) and Final Course(s), i.e. from these 98 sections, 53 sections have been included in the Paper–2, Business Laws, Ethics and Communication, Intermediate (IPC) Course, and 45 have been included in the Paper-4, Corporate and Allied Laws, Final Course.

"It is also clarified that along with the applicable sections of the Companies Act, 2013, the remaining provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, if any, would continue to apply for November 2014 examinations."

09 July 2014 First understand 98 sections of Companies Act, 2013, made applicable for November 2014 attempt. It is difficult to find any question based on section other than 98 notified sections.

You are liable to respond only towards 98 section of Companies Act, 2013 as far as your exam is concerned. If anything asked beyond that you are expected to answer as per Companies Act, 1956.
