what are the compulsory requirement to appointment as a statutory auditor in pvt ltd company and i am appoint statutory auditor or income tax audit both

Refer section 141 of Companies Act, 2013 for same. Same person can be statutory auditor as well as tax auditor, but not recommended due to Section 144.
