Regarding changes in pan card signature

20 November 2013 I want to change my signatures in the already issued PAN Card by the Department.Kindly help me regarding this??.....Whether I have to fill the Form" Changes or Correction in PAN Data"..or else??????.....

21 November 2013 Yes. You have to fill the form "Changes or Correction in PAN data" and tick the relevant fields in the onlune form which have to be changed.
