I am Practicing Company Secretary, One Private Limited Company Whose Authorised and Paid Up Capital is Rs. 40 Cr. approaches me for Certification of form.
But, this company has earlierly appointed another practicing company secretary for their certification and annual filing.
Now my question is that, What can I do in this case?
If i certify the forms will it amount to Professional Miscounduct.
OR
Tell me the procedure on behalf of that I will able to certify that company?
