25 June 2012 We take credit of input materials. And after we are export finish product against L.U.T. Now, we can utilized our duty against export. Please give reply.

29 June 2012 The question (second line) is not clear. It seems you are taking cenvat credit and export. You can also utilise cenvat for domestic clearance.
