31 July 2015 is it Compulsory for small companies to show extract of the annual return in form MGT-9 (sec 92 read with rule 12 of the Act or there is any slab for this??

01 August 2015 Yes...you are required to show extract of annual return with Directors' Report.
Please refer Section 134.
