24 August 2014 i have completed 1.5 years of articleship but i have not received atc certificate till yet. what should i do to get it?

24 August 2014 you need to apply for the issuance of ATC certificate. kindly submit this form to ICAI http://220.227.161.86/14835ATC.pdf
