Regarding articleship transfer in 1st year

07 January 2016 Hello everyone I want an opinion from you. I am an article assistant in a firm. In that firm no comp off is given for overtime and I had also sign a letter for not taking transfer. Can you plz help me out to what to do and is there any way to take transfer. I had join that firm 2 months before.

The first requirement is that you have to get the transfer form signed by your principal.
As you told that you have given a letter that you will not take transfer this shows that your principal will not sign the form.
So only way out is to dulicify your principal.( make you principal agree for the same)
