Dear Sir, My Principal wants to give transfer of Articleship but my articlechip has been exceed one year.And i have not any valid reason.Therefore pls suggest me.

You should have valid reason for transfer of articleship . . Because it is ICAI Permission not only your boss permission . . so try whether any reason can accomodate
