Regarding articleship registration issue

10 November 2013 sir i applied for.registration of articleship from one employer before seven month from today .but my articleship not confirmed due to final query from institue .or i was not given any reply to institute about query .or now i dont want to join articleship under that employer .what can i do..plz reply immediatly....
