I registered myself as an article assistant on 16-08-2012 and took transfer on 10-08-2013 and was required to complete my remaining period of articleship i.e 2Years 05 Days under another CA. I registered under another CA on 17-08-2013 and so now my articleship is to be completed on 21-08-2015. but my CA extended my articleship till 21-10-2015. Now i want to know that which form should i file with icai and till what date.? and if i have to file form 107 then what should i attach with it.?

I got a later Stating that my articleship is extended for 35days. which is From 22nd August to 26th September. Now I have to submit form 107 and form 108. But where should i get the sign of my CA,Witnesses and mine bc there are 9 boxes like Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.
