can bank make it?
can articleship deed may be prepared in back date?

13 November 2014 1)you should get a stamp paper and print the duly filled form 102 on it and sign by both the parties

2)actually back date not possible
.

no franking will be done if agreement is back dated
.
and cant execute before to stamp paper date also
.

however if ur boss agrees u may go ahead,, as generally u dont need to send this to icai
