25 April 2012 My query is regarding applicability of TDS provision on Indv/HUF for the F.Y 2011-12 who was not covered under tax audit u/s 44AB in the F.Y 2010-11 but was covered in the F.Y 2009-10.

26 April 2012 TDS provisions are not applicable for the F.Y 2011-12.

01 May 2012 If no limit crossed as required u/s 44AB for individual and HUF then no TDS. Do not worry you need not submit any return and no TDS is required to be made.
