Plz tell me, if grand father gifted a immovable property to his grand son through declaration on gift deed of Rs. 500/- but this property is not get registered at sub registrar, then there will be any issue at time of scrutiny

The common answer would be, it is NOT a valid transfer and accordingly it will be handled at the time of scrutiny
