26 March 2014 One of my client, has deducted TDS at 20% by the insurance Company, mistake made by the Insurance Company, my client can get the Refund for the same amount,

Whether the Insurance Company can revised the same return

26 March 2014 20% tds means deduction without pan

so to claim refund, ask insurance company to revised their tds return/s so that credit will transfer to that pan and after then client can claim refund.
