Hi Experts, i have a doubt of, why the auditor needs to confirm whether the enterprise is complying with the other acts For Eg:(EPF, ESI, Factories Act,bonus gratuity, worksmen compensation Act).

well because auditor is required to ensure that the company is meeting all its possible liabilities and its books present true and fair position..
