i have filed my last return ay 1998 -99

and after that my business close and i have not filed retun up to 2008 - 2009. and i have filed return ay 2009 - 10

can i have any pently

plz guide me

05 May 2010 If you are not liable to file returns as per the Income tax provisions, i.e your taxable income is below the limits, then no penalty will be levied.
