Please do tell me the accounting treatment for expenses like Stamp Duty, License Fee .... incurred in the context of raising the 'Authorised Capital'?????? Thanks in advance!!!

It should be debited to Profit and Loss Statement but will be dis-allowed in the Income tax as being the expenditure of Capital Nature..
