i am Raja i am a proprietor of a new export company i am going to import a colour sorter machine from china for which i required EPCG licence, for that i have prepared all the documents through an agent, but he tells me that i must give a bank guarantee of the amount which i get waiver from epcg, because i have not yet started export, so i need to give the bank guarantee, but i have gone for the loan for my capital good itself here after i cannot prepare for the amount for bank guarantee, so kindly can you refer any alternative please,reply as soon as possible my mobile no-9894915584
Please tell your agent that under which para of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 and Hand Book of Procedures he is saying that the bank guarantee is required and inform me.
