I Recently qualfied my CA and wishes to engage in practice. I am yet to apply for COP. I need to know whether i can start my practie on my own name or need to apply for firm?
and in case i can practie on my own name what all requirements i have to fulfil? any procedure or i can simply use my name after obtaining COP?

2. If i apply for cop in form 2 itself then do i need to file form 6 also? and do i need to apply for identity card also seprately or form 2 is enough?

19 August 2011 You can practice by your name but one propritorship firm is required to registered in which you are practicing.
