30 August 2014 pls tell, one clint has demand refund by some examption from income in ay 12-13 and get refund.but it examption was more than actual examption, so pls tell it will give any effect in future or upto which can be effect .plz clarify my query.

30 August 2014 you can apply u/s 154 for rectification of error. in future you cannot apply for past year exemption.
