we know from the Form 26AS a refund of amounting to500285.00 (Relating to AY 200-10) has been granted to us, but unfortunately which has not received by us. let we know the procedure, which should be followed to avail the the same.

15 December 2011 Please call the Ayakar Bhawan at 1800 425 2229 also check your status first at NSDL website by simply typing refund status on google homepage, the first link there will ask for your PAN. its a govt webiste and you will get the information off hand.
