Dear 1. Write to ITO concerned stating that your refund claim was for different amount and you received refund of lesser amounts. Enclose the photocopy of the TDS certificate .Give a copy of letter to JT.Commissioner of the range under whom your A.O works. 2. Nothing happened within 30 days time, write to Commissioner with copy to ITO & jt Commissioner 3. If nothing happened, write to Chief Commissioner with copy to ITO & Jt CIT I think you will get REFUND happen.
