one of my friend had made manual return for A.Y 2011-12. As per her return the refund amount was 43429. she has TDS of 54570(as per form 26AS) .But she got the refund only 11570. what is the reason of that ? how can rectify it.

Superficially it is dificult to conclude. w hich ITR has he filed. If possible forward the scan copy of the return on nishad_patkar@yahoo.com
