Refund of tds

10 June 2013 I have a case in my hand of refund of TDS from LIC. The agent did not file any return for refund of last three years. Please suggest whether he can get all TDS refund for all last three years.

16 June 2013 you can file the return for AY-2012-13 as belated return and AY-2013-14 as normal return.
