sir, I had filed IT retun wherein Tds deduction year was wrongly mentioned. IT dept issued Assesment order mentioning mismatch in Tds. I found my mistake & made rectification request for the same. Now, I again received assement order u/s 154 mentioning Tds mismatch. so what is remedy for the same. Should I again file rectification request. If I dont succed, can i file revise return. Tds refund amount claimed in return matches with 26As.

You can login, do online rectification quoting CPC reference number, you can select appropriate options, mismatch tax, you can mention tds & self assessment, details as per 26 AS.
