company Name : ABC Private Limited
ABC Private Limited wants to claim refund of the excise duty paid on input materials which is used to Produce Finished Goods. Company is Exporting the same. i.e.Finished Goods.
Now, Company is Going to claim Refund Under Notification no. 05/2006-Central Excise (N.T.)
I want to know that is there any notification which overrides this notification.
