Requesting clarification

Can a Taxable person under GST claim refund if he purchases a Car?

Kindly Explain in both cases -Personal & Professional

30 July 2021 No input tax credit can be claimed against purchase of a car whether for business or for personal purpose (unless used in business for transportation purpose) because this is specifically blocked. So no situation of refund in this case.
