09 February 2011 Sir return of my assessee for A.Y. 2010-11 was filed in time. The assessee had died before filing of return. So return was filed as legal heir.
Now refund for the same year has arrived in the name of Deceased Assessee.
So, how should i pursue further? I want that refund order in the name of legal heir?

09 February 2011 Take up the matter with CPC Banglore bysending email & also file rectification application with CPC.
