Is there any eligibility for getting refund of acumulated Cenvat Credit for the manufacturer of some exciseble & some Non exciseble goods (distilary). Now the unit is closed.

YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT REFUND APPLICATION TO YOUR JURISDICTIONAL ASSISTANT / DY. COMMISSIONER PROVIDED YOU HAVE NOT SURRENDERED YOUR EXCISE REGISTRATION.
