dear experts.....
i want to ask that an assessee is having refund for a/y 2014-15 which is correctly reflecting in 143(1) but the status is ..."refund send to refund banker." .......and that is from last 2 months....and still refund not received....Re-issue refund request is not enabled....because of above stated status.....please suggest other remedy available......

You call you CPC Toll Free Number of Refund, ask the executive to rise the ticket. Once, you rise the ticket, they will correct the error within 1 month.
We also faced same problem in my mother case, but it was taken almost 3 months to rectify the error and credit the refund.
